[ONE & ONLY thread] Cannot donate to War Castles, game crashes (known bug)

Their are plenty of threads on this same issue. I myself am having the problem. I have a TH8, it isnt just a particular TH Level. Not quite sure what is causing it. Do you have any builders or lab upgrades going at the moment?

I have 1 android device with several accounts. My Th9 account encounter restart when i tap Donate button in war bases, however in my Th8 and other low Th accounts having no trouble in donating. (Take note that all my accounts are in the same clan war and im using only 1 device.)

Is your TH9 upgrading anything?

Tested, bug appears and on normal barack upgrade.

so conclusion: all barack and spell factory upgrades makes you unablable to donate in clan war - it crashing your game.Time, when started does not matter.

Temporary fix until devs fix it: cancel or gem it.

With all the info.
we have gathered thus far the DEV Group should figure this one out.

Sounds like anything adding to the donate screen (either barracks or spell factory) is causing the donate screen to not be brought up correctly.

Still looking for more data to confirm, but looks like we got it narrowed down - thank you all!

I just gemmed my dark spell factory complete for around 800 gems. I restarted app and the problem went away. That is the only builder I freed up. Definitely seems to be dark structure related. Hope this helps!
