[ONE & ONLY thread] Cannot donate to War Castles, game crashes (known bug)

Clan Tag: #LCQQJJOP - we are preparing for a war and we are unable to donate troops in war castle. Whenever we try to do the CoC crashes. Please fix this ASAP. Would appreciate to hear a feedback soon. We still have 11hr and 41 mins left for the war to start.

Cancelling the Dark Barracks Upgrade helped in this situation. But only got 50% as a refund. This is bug which needs to be fixed by you. I want my 100% refund.

ios 7.1.2 here, experiencing bug on donating in war clan castle troops, when im clicking the donate button my clash of clans automatically shuts down

I have a dark barrack upgrading to level 5, and when i donate troops to castle war, COC is shut down to home screen on my iPad and then I must restart COC. So please fix it as soon as possible.

Hello, this happens when barracks/spell factory is upgrading. A temporary solution would be either to gem the remaining time or cancel the upgrade. If you dont want to do so, just avoid donating and wait for the optional update that will be available soon.

While I try to donate troop in clan war the game is closed automatically, this problem arise after updating new version of the game:thumbsdown::thumbsdown::thumbsdown:

Game is crashing when click donate in clan war base so i cant donate anymore..there r 5 or 6 players in our clan who are facing same problem.this problem started after the th11 update..plz fix it as soon as posible
