Can be massively improved by creating two FAKE dgb spots such so.

Shifting core buildings can create two fake dgbs signified by the torch decorations without altering any other mechanics of the base too much.
(yeah i rushed on purpose, i cant be tripled by other th8s but i have a 45k weight ;))
