Help me out with new farming?

So let me just explain where I am coming from.

When I heard about the update I was just finishing completely maxing my TH9 (Walls,defenses etc. and heroes aren't 30 yet but close.) and I decided to hit the update button since it was a long time coming on my Town Hall.

I hit TH10 a few days ago and have an inferno going up, lab going up, and a few other things.

Anyway my question is, I used Gibarch and usually 1 heal spell no problem at TH9 on other TH9's etc and it worked (16 giants, 4 WBs, 72 archers 20 gobs, and 40 barbs.) fairly well. Only problem is how slow you gain elixir back.

At TH10 now I see less loot from TH9s but see crazy amounts from TH10's like 400k+ of each. I don't know exactly how to gibarch a TH10 with both infernos up (most important thing I'm concerned about), all 3 xbows etc. I want the quickest storage raiding army and gibarch is it and I see a lot of people talking about Gibarching other TH10's but I never see explanations etc. So my question is how do I Gibarch a TH10 with infernos etc. and get as much loot as I can and win because my heal spells are mostly useless now? (Do I need to start using freeze etc. as well because spell train time is so long :/.)

I am am in the same place. Only thing is to protest LOUD. Go into App Store and rate a 1 star. Gripe loudly. Quit playing. For sure do not spend a gem. Hit them where it hurts so the take back this crappy update

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I'm pretty sure that's not going to work. This is a VERY successful game with a very strong following, and the max TH10's are probably very pleased with the update. We're just going to have to find a better way to loot at our level.

Anyone able to help me out and offer tips etc. (preferably in depth) on what I/others should do in this situation on attacking higher level TH's while making profit and keeping training time down.

I upgraded about 5 hours ago and im having the exact same problem, ive been trying different leagues etc. Nothing works. All i find in multiplayer are mid/max th10 and th11. Being a new th10 i couldnt core dive into a mid/max th10/11 if i tried... and on top of that theres no dead bases either, so im at a loss...

If you attack a lot, I'd suggest barch in higher trophy. I used to barch in Master III. After the update, I got pushed to Champion III and I find barch here is as viable as it used to be in Master III because more players got pushed up to higher league now.

Getting more resources from league bonus is also better for players as a whole. Otherwise we would be spending more resources to transfer resources from one player to another and have less resources in general.

If you don't attack a lot, you can drop trophy to lower league. I have never dropped to lower league after the update, but my defense log is pretty brutal up here.

Well, I'm still holding out on the th10 upgrade, but I regularly go for early th 10s these days, so maybe my "tricks" can be useful:

* More giants: 20+, and some level 7s in CC if possible
* Some wizards in the mix. For high leagues giwi, for lower mostly gibarch.
* 1 jump spell, 3heals.

Jump spells help getting your troops to the right spot, and they also speed up your raid. That's very important if you're trying to go against infernoes, since they will melt cheap armies very quickly. Using heal around infernos isn't optimal, but not completely useless either. Often you can drop it right when an inferno is going down, or on a large group where only 5 are blocked from healing.

If you want those 400k+ of each I think you're going to have to use an expensive army and more than 1 spell, but 2-4 storages and the DE is often within reach with some giwi-barch combo and a couple of spells, especially if you have strong heroes to help.

Sounds nice but i havent seen any rushed th10, ive only seen mid to maxed th10 and th11s... even if i used and extremely costly army i still would only manage to get 1/3 of their total loot. And on top of that they would revenge me with max troops and heroes and wipe me out :/

A maxed th 10 can still lose their DE to a th9 giant attack, but it has to be a good one. How best to turn a profit on especially elixir right now I'm not really sure about.

It also sounds like you're quite high in trophies. Maybe too high for your base/troop levels and preferred farming composition? From what my clan mates relay it's quite brutal up in Masters and Champs. Even the strong th 10s are getting clobbered regularly.

Since im a new th10 (just upgraded today) im not looking for de atm just gold and elixir to upgrade new things and these past 8h ive tried gold 3-c2 not sure if theres any other good spots? Ill use any comp that will get me profitable loot, atm which is nothing... cant barch because no dead bases and cant core dive because i have th9 troops :( even if i miraculously 2 starred a mid/max th10 thatd still be only half its loot so i wouldnt make any profit... i have two new th10 friends that are going through the same thing, we dont know what to do anymore
