Donating Loot

At the moment, I have full storages of 6 million (I'm only a town hall 8). I can't upgrade anything with elixir - it's all done. A fellow clan mate is trying so hard to get lvl 5 pekkas but every time he gets close, he gets raided and loses it. I want to be able to help him get there, as well as getting rid of my unwanted elixir. So I was thinking that, like troops (and now spells) we could be able to donate to clan mates. Even if it is only about 100k of each (maybe about 250 dark elixir), every little helps. We could be able to request for gold, elixir and dark elixir maybe every (half and) hour or so (kind of like requesting for troops). This would help dramatically towards upgrading things and having (overall) more fun on the game. It could maybe be stored in the clan castle once donated and can be collected like war loot.

P.S - Am I the only one that thinks the wiz towers are too expensive to upgrade??:confused::confused::confused:

I agree, i am a town hall 5, and sometimes i have too much loot, and I will not upg my th until i am maxed, so YES, but listen to this : do not try to get this into the game.
