Looking for advice and help on how I should attack this base.

I am a max TH9 with level 16 BK and 16 AQ. I already have a plan consisting of a small GoWiPe army with Surgical Loons. I am looking for either a video link of a 3 star or any constructive advice that would help me either decide on a different army comp or improve my current plan. Any help is much appreciated!

I would use.hounds and balloons

In what way Ceenic, I was originally thinking GoLaLoon but I am not sure I can get the AQ if I attacked from the north plus there are a ton of defenses in the south that would give loons trouble.
