TH8 Titans Push - Please Help!

I have a question. I'm a TH8 currently with 3953 trophies. I've been using gowipe against TH9s that usually offer 4-10 trophies. When I visited some players from Savage 8.9 I noticed that pretty much every TH8 has Dragons and a few balloons in their army camps, also Zap Quake and a Rage. I've been able to consistently get 2 stars every time against TH9s and 3 stars against TH9s. I don't think I've ever attacked a non-rushed TH10. How effective is this Dragon with Zap Quake strategy against TH9s and TH10s? Please help!
