Haha, not everyone has the time to play two hours continuously, Before the update I used a 2hr boost and used hardly 45 mins coz i new even if i stay for 1 hr (my max free time) ill still have an hour wasted, so whats the bad in wasting 15 mins more.

Now I fully utilize the boost.

It works out to the same thing, but yes, it's convenient if you can't play for 2 hours straight. I used to get back home from work, watch a movie later at night and raid for 2 hours non-stop while doing that. It worked out pretty well.

What's the point of having leagues, when the only ones that can truly try to climb upward are the players who have already maxed out their Th10s and can get by, just doing 2 or 3 attacks a day with really strong armies? Raiding in most leagues can't be done without a gem boost. This, and the fact that you can get a small shield for 10 gems is so subliminal and is SC's way of making everybody depend more on gems and buying more from them.

I'm still having pretty good luck barching in Master's 1. I don't know if it's because a lot of players are quitting or what, but I've been stumbling across a lot of 400k+ collector raids lately. Kinda sucks town hall sniping is a thing of the past, as that got me a lot of loot from the win bonus, but I don't really feel too affected by it. Holding on to loot is a decent amount tougher, but I'd maybe get attacked twice a month prior to the update anyway, so defense feels a lot less cheesed now.

i have been using my giant army for along time now making a ton of elixir. i used that army to max all my tier 1 troops. so impossible is a stretch

Well, being said that arming is dead. But can't deny that in certain bases, Barch still technically works.

BARCH is not necessarily dead but the update has resulted in many bases putting their collectors within their bases to act as additional buffers. This makes finding "barchable bases" a little more difficult to find, but they can be found.

I think barch just has to be taken with a different approach now. I'm still able to 2 star max th10's in champs 2 with barch, even with all/most buildings inside the walls, but it takes at the very least 2-3 spells and both heroes. It works out pretty well keeping heroes and the spell factory boosted, but there's no way I'd ever keep up with barracks boosted. Barch is different; it's harder, but it's far from dead.
