Does anyone else have the problem where a donation doesn't "go through" ? I donate a troop, the request says the castle is filled but it doesn't go away, I still have the troops and the person I'm donating to didn't receive the troops. Then we have to wait another 20min before they can request again. It is very annoying especially for when it's needed for war!! :mad:
Hello, this usually happens when the donator or the receiver have unstable connection. The troops are not lost, they will eventually arrive in the CC, try force closing the game and wait for a while.
This is usually a visual glitch and can be fixed by simply restarting the game.

Give them some time. They will arrive eventually, even if you request again and the CC is full, they wont be lost, they will be queued and move back in when there is enough space.Quote:
