instead to accumulate more resources, i have been attacked many times by looters and lost a lot of resources...
OMG, please restore of old system of shield...

This game used to be fun for casual players as well. With this upgrade it seems you need to be playing full time which is impossible for most people above 25 with a real job!
sorry to be so negative. Until now it has been a great experience but this may be the sad end.
Please reconsider the shield system.........

its hard keep resource now, i work all day and have my 5 constructors working, in about 2 days one of them are free and i need get alot of gold to next upgrade, but if i accumulate gold i will lost a lot of them (at risk not gain a shild) so each atack i lost 400k of gold, when i got i shield i will never broke it.
its very hard for casual players, and if supercell do not think on something about it, she will lost alot of players

This is the thing PBT makes no distinction between people who logging off for extended fair time unshielded and those that are consantly on for 3 hours plus 2 hr village guard I bet most premiums use that for their overnight sleep time... this system is still abusable - the rich payers can still play the game they want to and us poor fremium players stand no chance and we are just meat for larger fish.Quote:

The new loot system and shield system is total trash and caters completely to power players while screwing those of us who play casually. At th9 every upgrade costs a stupid amount of resources and using my townhall to get a shield was the only way I could protect my resources. Now I can't and I've lost a million of each in 24 hours. Huge disappointment and maybe the end of my playing.
i was raided 21 times since i sleep yesterday...as i remember i have 8.2 million elixir, when i wake up, i saw it 6.5 million of elixir...i saw the shield at that time, it was 32 minutes only....
i am not happy...i will stop playing this kind of bull♥♥♥♥ting

I am a th9 casual coc player. I think I've done well and really like this game. I have a job and family that are more important than a game which then leaves me with short moments in a day to play. Honestly there are days I'm just too wiped to play a game on my phone.
Now, I really have enjoyed this game but with this current update I am having a hard time keeping up.
I have my gold and elixer very low but am needing to save a lot of DE to upgrade my queen. I was hoping that having low gold and elixer would detour people from going all out on me. I was wrong.
I have my DE drills maxed - 2400 per day. Unfortunately since the update I've lost over 8000 DE. Beings I have only had 'casual' time to play, I've only regained 2300 in attacking and lost a considerable amount of elixer on armies to attack with.
I agree with these guys. This update has made this game a game for the die hard th10's & now 11's. I can't compete with that nor have the time to.
If this doesn't go back to some form of the prior state of the game it will be pointless for me to continue.
To those ♥♥♥♥♥ing about the shield changes.
Feel free to put your collectors and storages in a corner and your defenses in another corner and stop playing the game.
I'm looking forward to finding your base.
