Having Trouble Downloading the Update?

what can I do if i downloaded it but it doesn't start when i open the app it just stay in a black ( and grey to the bottom)screen and after a few secs it closes itself , I tried all the things you've already said ( clering data and cache restart the phone, i don't have the facebook app on my phone) what else can I do?

For whatever reason, after I uninstalled FB, without even restarting my phone (for the 4th time), it worked. I'm lost, too, but here I am.

I cleared play store cache & data, shutdown phone, removed/reinstalled battery, restarted and was able to download CoC update and install - took longer than I thought it should. Opened up CoC and now back in the pool... Galaxy S5 Android 5.0.

Dont understand how one day i can use clash of clans one day i cant due to my phones incompatible with this version i tried the clear cache thing didnt work either however using my brothers phone that is the same exact one as mine did work at the update so bit of help guys?

Hi. I used to play CoC on my iPad first gen 5.1.1 but after the th11 update, it just loads and then crashes. I couldn't get into the game. I contacted support several times but they were of no help at all. I read in some forums that I'm not the only one having this problem. I tried your tutorial and it is still not working. I'm hoping someone can help me. Thanks.

Totally agree, I have the same problem since TH11 update
Despite several message on the forum I still see no answer from Supercell

With 3g network, the pink bar load and then crashes
I'm under iOs 6.0.1
With the same device I have no problem to play under Wifi network

hello, my tutorial is mainly for downloading the update not the crashing part, at least you are able to download the game. does your ipad have a facebook app installed? if so try deleting it and restart your ipad. see if it can load clash of clans now without crashing

Since the update on 1-27 I can't start my game. I have Android 5.0.1 and Google Play says my device is not compatible. Is this a bug that will be fixed?
