Hello, my clan and some other players i know would like to know if the option of being able to see which players are online and which aren't would be possible? And to be able to message a playet privately making it easier to communicate when the player isn't online when you are. Also with time zone change it will help a lot to be able to get through to our players around the globe.

Due to privacy issues, there's no way to see if a player is online or how long ago he was.
About private messaging, there are many apps that can do that, don't see why it should be an in-game feature.

there are times when i just want to raid and not be active in chat. so i wouldnt want it to show that i am online.
and for important messages, if you're one of the COs do it in clan mail. your phone would get the notification. for other messages, well maybe your group has to use other apps outside of clash, as mentioned above by the others who have responded.
