King18, Queen15. All maxed troops and buildings. Have been sitting at th9 working on my royals and grinding out some walls. All are skulls or better.

Yeah move up, I think you are ready.
Imo you need atleast to have all your walls to lvl 9 and 20/20 heros before you upgrade from th9 to th10. Personally I will max my defenses (except x-bow), troops, heros to 30/30 and all lvl 10 walls.
Might as well grind heroes till 20/20... Then upgrade your town hall :smirk:
Get legos, I'm grinding heroes and walls...
The extra wb for every wall is worth it

I have all Legos and about 30 lavas, my aq is 20 and bk is 15, get bk to 20 then go th10? Or get 25 heroes

Also lego walls should be a minimum :p
