Reduce training time of PEEKA and GOLEM

Hi all,
PEEKA and GOLEM are two major troops used by almost every town hall 8+ during war and trophy push.
Both of them has training time 45 minutes.Which is too much for students,office workers to wait and train them.
Please do something for it or reduce cost of them so we feel any profit at least .
