Just finished a ticket about a compromised account. They sent me a code that I am sure only I got. I am still getting disconnected by someone on another device? Is this a game error or did they just fail to provide the block to all locations?

Did you change all you account/email passwords after realizing your account was compromised? You will have to contact support again and let them know that nothing changed.

It's a common mistake from SC Support service.
It was your first ticket? You'll need to open 2 more until your problem is fixed.
Did you by any chance give your account to someone else or revealed some information online?
No. I'm not at the point of figuring that out. I'm already passed that. The problem is when I was getting my village back the process is they send you a code u need to enter to get back in to your village on all and any devices. Apparently that didn't happen. I'm not worried about getting back in or anything like that. I would have liked to play again before the update comes out as I haven't played in months and it would be a lot to take in. I'm just a bit upset cause the ticket took a while to begin with and now I gotta send another.
