I had this idea and i came in this forum and i found something familiar from Ramsius123 bellow. His idea its not bad and i support him but it would be more simplier i think..
My opinion its a button to re-train last troops capacity. The last troops were trained.
So, you will be at position to train the same troops over and over again..
