Jump Spell

Sometimes I nose around high lvl bases

I saw 3 top 10 players queuing up jump spells - This must mean they are now useable. Any insight on how these are being used?

A couple were used against me, my impression was it does two things:

1. Replaces wbs at the 2nd layer.
2. Seems to aim the troops to the middle of the base.

I think its the aiming ability that really matters.
