Best TH7 Base Design after updates

Hi All,

I am currently TH9 but my dad has been playing and he is about to upgrade his TH6 to TH7. Since it was an age ago I had a TH7, I was at a loss to help him with base design after the numerous updates.

So, what is the best new layout for TH7?

I'm actually interested to know how your base is holding up?

Seems 2 WB at the top opens up most of your base as it's one big compartment going down the middle of your base.

In fact raged gobs could probably clean out your DE storage quicker than you could blink. Is it working out for you? Do people mainly attack from the top?

Really, really well. To the point where I have actually started to get bored with the game now (hence the 2 free builders). Most people dont go for my DE. And if they do it means they have normally left both the wizzies alone and then get butchered on both sides. And to be honest, for the amount of DE you lose I don't really care. It acts as a death trap.

The most someone has got (with out exploiting an upgraded air defense with lightning strikes) it one storage pot (1 GS and 1 ES). Ive had a few raged golem attacks etc. but as I said, any chambers they go for means they normally leave something else.

edit: I was going to show you my list of defenses but with all the TH spammers it got a little skewed. The most I can see on here is 67 g and 78 e...when i didnt log on the other day and they popped my mines!

So i suppose the DE is high but seeing as both my pumps get back 1,000 each a day and I get however much from raiding its not to bad?
