24-3 recently and looking to expand our roster

Hello our clan is a clan who is dedicated to winning wars. We are 47-29 overall and since I have taken over the leadership roles we are 24-3. I am looking for strong non-rushed TH5,6 or 7 players or recent TH8's who know how to make good attacks and will follow instructions on where to attack in order to maximize our chances of getting all the stars in war. Attack strategies that are expected to be used are as follows:
TH5: use giant archers attack
TH6: giant/ healer attack or Balloon attack
TH7: All Dragon attacks with 3 lightning strikes
TH8: Use whichever attack you have the troops for. There are multiple strategies.
It is also expected that your base will be designed in a well structured way and you will max out before upgrading to the next town hall (Aka no rushers).

Some info about us: Our active members are a group of 6 guys from Ontario, Canada who know each other outside of the game. Within the last 2 days we have started recruiting new players and are slowly integrating them into war and making sure they can handle themselves. Most of the guys are not very active on the chat, but always come on to attack in war. I am the main person for donating, but would love some help with that. If you have low level troops then please do not donate them to people when they ask for strong troops for war.
