A simple and effective idea to make 3rd party apps useless for ever

We all are suffering unfair wars against clans use 3rd party apps for test, like ♥♥♥♥e and ... .
My clan never used, and we sometimes loose won wars against ♥♥♥♥♥ers. This is really hurting.
now i have a simple idea to avoid this issue and i hope you really think about that.
All we know in this step all test apps works after first attack. In first attack you cant see where teslas or bombs are, but in second att test apps can simulate the map. In my idea in war, there are two mode for every map, accessible for att, and resting mode. Resting mode can be 1 or 2 hour rest time after first attack that gives the owner of map an opportunity to change hidden units place!!
All aspects of this change could be arguable but i do believe it will work.

Let me simplify this for OP:

Bunnies are everywhere, and OP wants to fix that by changing an aspect of war. Prep day is as normal. Battle Day has changed, however. Let's say we have three people now: Joe, Jim, and Todd. Joe is the defender. Jim and Todd are attackers. Jim attacks Joe, and gets 0 stars. Todd wants to attack Joe to compensate to Jim's fail, however Joe can change the trap/tesla spots within 1-2 hours of the attack so Todd can't exploit any possible software made by Bunnies, Inc, to find trapspots. Hope this makes sense, if you have any questions let me know cause I sort of get this.

What is the first attack on a base is made during the last hour of war? If it fails, that base will enter rest mode for the rest of the war, and it can't be attacked by another person even though the war hasn't ended? Sorry but this will be mean to those people who deliberately hold their attacks until the very end of the war.

Interesting, having limited ability to change a war base design during the war...on first thought I really like that idea. Upon second attack to the base the attacker would not know if the base had changed or not, muhaha!

So... two hours after being attacked in war you can move the location of traps and teslas?

If so, this is very very creative and inventive, but I don't see it happening.

Yes, actually this 2 hours gives a chance to defender to change trapspots. May be you ask what if a map attacked at last hour of war? Yes! You cant attack again! This would have some benefits:
- its more like real wars. Why should not my hidden traps remain hidden in next attacks?
- about last hour: this job makes wars more attractive because all players try to not to save attacks for last hours and they will attack sooner.
- if a map is deffended until wars last hour, it deserves to remain untouched,hahaha
- winning will be depended on some good factors and reasonas like being there for changing the map, being active and caring, not the reasons like 3rd party apps.
- there are more benefits but most important one is making 3rd party apps useless and we will have fair wars.

If we're favoring certain hours, then we're not maximizing the idea of that anyone can play worldwide and would onky give an advantage to clans based in one country...
