I am still yet to drop down to the sub 200... Have any of you done it recently and I am a TH 10 so how would that work for me... Any help and feedback is MUCH appreciated, thanks!

I'm pretty sure you won't find very much down there due to the loot penalty. However, I guess you could always attack the farmers down there. There is a lot of loot for TH 7 and 8s, but the loot penalty hits Th 9 and 10 very harshly.
