Its just a title- Most heroic attack and defence, make it useful by giving extra 20% war loot bonus. It will make more fun in clan wars.
Note : Winning team's Most heroic attack / defence will get 20 % of his/her total war loot, where losing team's will get only 10%.
This just encourages people to attack as high as they can for 1 star just to get that extra loot.
