Intermediate War Clan Recruiting Non-Rushed TH7/TH8/TH9

Hi there!

Our clan is called TheDonkeyShow. We war "always" and we try to keep our war search window between 6PM-10PM EST. We reset to the following day once war search gets too late. Although it looks like the new update will be fixing that soon. No more resets, war all the time baby! Yeah!

We are currently level 8.5. Our win record is 115-31-1 (75-85% typically). I'm looking to improve on this by recruiting more players that take the time & energy to evolve their understanding of the nuances of war gaming. This is not an insane, end game war clan but we are well above average. We don't expect you to be on for hours at a time but we do want enthusiastic/intelligent/comical players in our ranks to help us have a good time and keep the wins rolling in. Here are a few specific things we're looking for:

-No rushed bases. Not EVERYTHING has to be maxed out but we are definitely looking for people that know the importance of maxing troops/heroes/walls before heading to the next TH.

-We are about 75% out of the internet base template game. We have a few people that haven't adopted the "build your own unique, asymmetric, intelligent base" but we are almost there. If you decide to head over, you will be expected to drop that easily crushable internet war base soon.

-Communication. This one is my biggest pet peeve. I send out a "War Schedule" clan mail about 6 hours before battle day starts explaining what the plan is. Please read it BEFORE building an army. Also, as war unfolds, clean up plans are ever-changing. Always scroll through chat when you log on to see what's up and ask where your second attack can be best used. Coordination is by far the biggest weapon we have in our arsenal. It has kept us with a 4 to 1 win ratio for over a year now. Please be an effective communicator.

-Do NOT miss attacks. Keeping the ratio high is hard to do without full participation. If you know you have work or a party the next day during war close, make sure that BOTH your attacks are in before you are unavailable. a few of those losses on our record were due to a missed attack or 2. Don't be that guy/girl.

-Be willing to evolve as a player. You can't run the same attack on every base forever. GoWiPe is so boring! Sure, it's great when we need to secure the 2 star on a rough layout, but get creative! Practice new attacks you see in videos while farming. Study your war target and look for weaknesses in their layouts. If you have multiple attack strategies, you will be much more likely to see a weakness in almost any target you come across. I'll be happy to run over attacks with anyone before and after you run it.

-Learn to take criticism. I and other leaders will usually give feedback after attacks. It's not crazy in depth but it's necessary. Even with solid 3 star attacks, everyone should be looking at things they could have improved upon after looking at the replay. Growth is painful!

-Comedians welcome! I love a good laugh and a drawn out smart ♥♥♥ conversation. This is an adult clan so there will be plenty of swearing, dirty comedy, etc. Angels only join if you secretly wish you had a bad side.

-We are a fair play clan. We do not che@t, so no mods, no spying, etc. We'll only talk ♥♥♥♥ to a clan if they start it. Otherwise, we love a competitive war. All in good fun.
