That is silly mate, this troop does MASSIVE damage, the 25% rule should stay, unless you bring out awesome evidence! :)
Of course, why should it disappear when you get a new TH? :(
Clash of Clans doesn't have a troop that depends on luck for most of the time, that is game-changing for attackers. This feature IS THE FUTURE!
Even tho 25% of it turning on you is 1/4 times, and considering how strong this "troop" is, people would just not use it and take the chance. It shouldn't be a win or lose situation depended on luck, for SC wants to promote skill, which if you couldn't tell is the point of this update
