Zero percent here. I do have ways of getting IAPs w/o a credit card but I elect not to do so.
Can't really answer this, that's not how I handle my finances. I take $10 a month out my entertainment budget. If there was a more efficient use of gems aside from barracks boosting I would consider more.

There's something seriously wrong if we are taking about % of one's income spend on COC.
I find it very hard to believe that sc relies on customers who consciously measure their coc spending as a % of earnings.
I apply the same level of thinking to it that i did when I took a bag full of quarters to an arcade to play games.

I spend a bag of quarters a week for about 24 full hours of entertainment not including the out-of-game stuff (like writing this post and reading yours) and clan management stuff that I do. Not to mention the 5 minute check to see if donation requests are up that I can fill while I walk between meetings.
Percentage wise it's in the decimals...
I can't give a percentage as I don't have any earnings, but I've been playing for 1 year and spent £11.98; so less than £1 per month.
