3 star war clan

Hello all, would anybody be interested in starting a 3 star war clan with me? I have been in my local clan for a while and have recently joined a more serious 3 star war clan. This clan is great but just isnt the same as having your own. My new clan would accept any Th levels as long as they have max troops for there level. I.e. TH7 lv2 drags, TH8 Lv3 drags and Lv4 hogs, TH9 lvl4 golem, lv5 hogs, lv2 lava, lv6 loons TH10 max Golems, witches, wizards, lavas, loons, hogs, wbs. No rushed bases what so ever and must be active. All war attacks must be drawn up on skitch to discuss the best way to 3 star a base. Will set up some sort messaging group (whatsapp etc) for war chat. If the clan kicks off would like to do arranged wars and mix it with the big boys. If anyone would be interested then please reply. Before you ask co's and elders are earnt, they are meaningless anyways! Thanks again for reading.
