Th8 Requirements -
Must Have all level 8 walls.
Level 3 dragons.
or
Level 4 Hogs
Must be able to three star any other th8 base.

Th9 Requirements -
Must level 8 walls and up.
Level 5 hogs
Level 4 Golems
or
Level 3 Hounds.
Depending on 3 star strategy.
Must be able to go for three stars on other th9s.
