I know this was discussed awhile ago in the forums, and it used to happen to me every now and then, but its done it 3 times to me in the past 48 hours, I'll be playing and the screen will shake, zoom out, and the "health" bars will appear above all of my buildings. Did we ever find out what they deal was with that? I know a lot of other players were experiencing it...

thanks for this, i thought it was just me (or more correctly my iPad) because after the crazy shaking/zooming/health bar I often lose all of the ground (buildings remain but looks like they float in black space). Rebooting iPad always fixes it so I just assumed it was an Apple issue...i haven't found anyone else that has experienced it until now, it's nice to know i'm not alone :D
You get used to it after a while. I sort of find it rather cool to amusing.
But the first time, I think I crapped my underwear...

i have 3rd gen iPad...have not had same issue with iPhone4s but i don't play very often on it.
Happens to me (iPad 1) about once a day. A little scary when it happens *while attacking* though.
Are you guys talking about the green lines that form in the screen? To me this happens when my device switches from 4G to Wifi.
If by "green lines" you mean the health bars on the top of the buildings after the screen stops shaking, then yes. Ive also had it happen with my wifi turned off so I'm thinking that may be unrelated...Quote:

the "earthquake" is a common visual glitch, but doesn't do anything permanent.
Strange enough, i had this 'earthquake' too, but it didnt damage my buildings or gave me an alert.
Probably this is caused when you put 2 fingers to eachother and move the screen.

It should be a new spell to be used once a month just for revenge of the people who particularly tick you off by their attack.... Nuclear Bomb spell... destroys trees and bushes as well but leaves stones and rocks with a green glow.
It is one of those unreproducable things at the moment. The last theory was it was a new obstacle being drawn on your map while you were online, Rauta was going to have the QA guys test that, but I'm haven't heard back.
