I just realized how ....... I am.

I am a farmer that relies heavily on town-halls. I managed to max everything because of town-hall sniping. I used to snipe around 100 town-halls a day. I never waited for my army to cook, never wasted one minute waiting for my army, used to hunt those town-halls with the heroes and around 3 archers. When my army gets full i go look for a dead base. So i used to collect around 7M to 10M of each resource G & E and around 20K-30K dark elixir per day. I farm at crystal 2 so more than half of my resources where from town-hall sniping. According to super-cell eliminating town-hall sniping will give me a chance to get more loot and farm better.


can someone explain me how?

i understand that this will benefit the casual players who wait 15-30 minutes for their army to cook, but for me, us hardcore farming players, how will i get a chance to get more loot? :D ?

I farm the same way as you. I don't believe SC made any comments that loot will be easier/better now. But we can't deny the mechanics were broken or ill-designed.

I figure I'll farm with a stronger army and while that is training, look for collector raids to pass time with a half full army.

Raiding without an army....is not really raiding. Cook a real army ( not necessarly an expensive one) and farm the real way: by focusing on the the storages and/or collectors ( and maybe the TH after the update)

Yeah, what he said. I have my standard farming army, giants, archers, wallbreakers and heroes. Each barracks takes about 15 minutes, and I easily farm 25-35k dark elixir a day, whether it's collector raids or breaking into their middle. Now, I will go look for full collector raids on dead bases with a few troops while I wait for my army to cook.

Totally agree.

I, for one, am happy that Supercell is getting rid of TH sniping. That isn't really raiding.

Also, this comment strikes me as nonsense: "us hardcore farming players"

Yeah, right... As if the people who actually go after collectors/storages aren't, "hardcore farming players" :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
