Looked through sticky and did a search, can't find it mentioned but happens quite a lot on all devices.
Request CC troops.
Bar fills in chat but sticks at the max, 20, 25 or 30.
Green bar and request stays in chat.
Looking at your CC shows only a few troops.
Have to clear it and rerequest when time expires.
Not a problem raiding, just rerequest, but annoying in war, especially if life forces you into making a last few mins. attack.

Both have to restarting game. So the games syn up again. However it is not a correct solution for this. I think supercell should to implement a rare condition in the code of the game for fixing this.
But bug exists.

Known glitch, reported it to support with video (but they threw it away and didn't care. lol).
How do you know they didnt care? Of course they do care, even if they dont take immidiate actions they will surely investigate the report.Quote:
