This is my farming base for Th9
To be completely honest, you are very premature. Farm hard and work on your defenses. And get the final 2 builders if you can. I would also not waste walls protecting mines and pumps. If you need ideas for a new base, check out some base building websites like Clash of Clans Builder.

Not a good layout at all, but honestly your underleveled defenses are going to be a bigger problem - if you don't have the firepower you'll get overrun regardless of layouts. Get those WT upgraded asap, followed by mortars, and then the rest of the defenses. You'll also want to build out two more of each storage and spread them out so it takes more effort for attackers to get all your loot. Also, spread out your WT so they cover all areas - right now you have no WT coverage from attacks from north.
That's just for starters.

with your wall set up its easy for wb to get into 2 compartments. Offset walls by 2 at the joint to prevent this
As most have said, premature which is silly advice as there isn't' much you can do about now!
My advice, get that other xbow, keep your storages separate. Keep in Gold league 1 or 2 and farm the ♥♥♥♥ out of bad TH8s and even worse TH9s
Here is my base if its useful. I was premature but I make a low cost army (75,000) and raid with a success rate of 120g and 120e mostly. Seeing as my army takes 25 mins to raid its not biggy.

Looks like you are relying on collectors for income. You should become a better raider first. Then, kick the collectors out and use the pokeball design.
Put your mines and pumps outside and use the walls to segment more. Also that gold storage on top is kind of exposed..
