I've always thought that level 4 Pekkas should be available at town hall 9. I feel that it fits well and seems to be balanced. Let me know what you think, and more importantly, lets get Supercell's attention!

Good idea but try gowiwi gohowi oplavaloon. We have to differ in our attack strategy from th8.
Considering how gowipe is only a 2 star strategy 99% of the time at th9. The Pekkas would be fair, also this would allow level 5+ clans to donate them at max level which would be nice. Consider also the fact that we can upgrade our dragons to level 4 at th9 also. The Pekkas should be the same way.
Oh I definitely have, it's just that it's good to have another option of an attack to get a 3 star in war. Also it's nice to donate max level Pekkas and contribute to my clan more.Quote:

NO! Please no! One of the nice things in this game is that the best troops at each TH varies, so people have to vary their strategies as they progress. Having the same thing at every TH would be a really big backward step.
I still don't think one level of a Pekka would make that much of a difference. It wouldn't boost gowipe that much to make it a must use strategy at town hall 9.Quote:

I think the only reason SC didn't give PEKKA LV4 to TH9 has nothing to do with gameplay itself. Rather, it has something to do with troop donation and the status of TH10 in a clan. Think about it, PEKKA is one of the most iconic troops (and for some clans, most requested) in game. Most clans are now LV5 and up which means a TH9 can take care of all donations all by themselves except for one thing, a maxed PEKKA.
What does this mean then? It means TH10s still have purpose especially for those who do not perform well in war. Some are still being kept because they can donate maxed PEKKA to the clan, take that away and this could get really ugly real fast for some people in that spot.
This is just an observation. I could be wrong but I don't see other reason apart from that since Dragon LV4 did come down to TH9. It just doesn't make sense to me otherwise.
You make some good points, but what about the clans that don't have any town hall 10's. Not saying that's me, but the more places you can get the ever so popular "MAX PEKKA" as it is frequently requested, the happier people are with donation quality of a clan.Quote:
