New resource: red gold

Red gold will be like dark elixer but for gold. Used for 4 new things.
1. Changing your village into a sea village. The only difference between the new village and the normal village is speed for ground troops is decreased in sea villages.
2. Renting a boat. Renting a boat costs 250 red gold and is the only way to get to sea villages.
3. New barracks: the enchanted barracks. I don't know what troops would be obtained from this but some of them would be new sea troops that could only be used in sea village battles and would have twice as much speed as a ground troop in a normal attack. Also red gold is used to train the troops.
4. Temporally increasing speed of defensive buildings.
Red gold is a good idea for clash of clans and would be great for many players.

I do like the idea of the red gold, there should be a gold-dark elixir type resource, but I don't agree with the water base. I think the overall red gold idea needs to be more thought out, but you have a good start, a spark for inspiration.
