With the lvl11 lava wall there should b a lil dmg to a troop for touching with each strike. Even 1 or 2 hp per strike would be ok.

Walls as fundamental provide to stall the attacker, not directly stuff the attack. So, because of this, I don't believe that this is a good idea, sorry.
How about some hidden wall traps !! ?
