leaving clan during war

When we open the clan to get new members, we are flooded with clan hoppers and leechers.
Hoppers belong to a clan but leave and join other clans to get free troops.
Leechers are farmers who join clans for free troops and never contribute.
These we can weed out eventually. It would be nice if we could
1. A member who leaves a clan during a war cannot join another clan for 7 days. Now they can join a clan but are just ineligible for war until the current war is over.
2. A member can only join 5 clans in a week or if they receive troops from a clan cannot join another for 7 days.
3. the ability to permanently bar a clan member from your clan if they prove to be troublesome.
4. In player stats a section for "left clans during war".
Not an issue if they used both their attacks in the war - it is just when they leave and do not use any attacks which hurts the clan in the war.

2. What about the leaders with massive clan families?

Its only a war...

I would like to be able to revenge attack anybody who voluntarily leaves the clan during the clan war before doing their first war attack.

1.Why, put new people in war? This will hurt people who leave for food reasons.

Maybe the clan, was insulting towards them. Maybe they are the only ones contributing. Maybe they never get troops try ask for.

2. This will hurt request and go clans.

1.Your fault for adding a new member to a war.
2. Effects donation clans and solo players who receive troops from them.
3. Sounds good but it'd take too much space from supercell's servers.
4. Nah, again it's the leader's fault for adding that player to war.

If you are having this issue that people leave before finishing their attacks I recommend you to wait three days before you add that player to a war. That's then the "New" sign disappears from the clan members list.

What our clan does is a 10v10 War constantly, which will rotate between everyone in the clan eventually.

If people aren't prepared to wait, we don't care if they leave, as that's 1 possible war hopper gone.

The only way to stop this is to screen players properly before putting them in war and ask them a few question when recruiting from global. Like why do you want to join, how many clans have you been in etc etc

Eliminate those who join for free troops by not giving high lvl troops to anyone with a gray shield. Archers don't cost a lot if they are "lost".

I have run a successful clan for the past 18 months, I would be happy to drop by your clan (with a mini)to help troubleshoot some of the issues you are having. Many times I have gone to clans that have had members make similar post to yours, and every single time there is some major issue with how the clan is run(even after they claim they have no issues). I am not trying to be an ♥♥♥, I would like to help. Pm me your clan info if you want me to stop by for a few days and poke around. Fwiw, it will be a th10 account joining...
