These are pipes that would be put on a sub level to deliver recources to storages from collectors if you were away for a while. To balance it out, the pipes could cost alot, or take away a percent of your collection. If you chose to take away a percent, there should be an option to turn the pipes on or off with a button. This way, you will not lose resources if you are still active.
