Firstly, you're more than "a bit rushed". You're practically a mostly maxed TH8 w/ infernos and xbows.

Secondly, as for "improvements", can you please elaborate? What do you want improving on? The design? What upgrades you should do next or what structures you should prioritise your builders towards? What? Please explain in detail if possible, thanks.

Just FYI, the newer photo shows up as a question mark, did you copy and paste it?

For your base, I would move your x-bow (the one near your town hall) closer to the center, and make your base more of a true farming base (by putting your town hall in the corner).
