How should I attack this base for 3-star?

I have every troops maxed out only hogs at lvl2.

I would suggest 10 dragon, max balloons in the cc, 2 light, 1 earthquake, 1 rage. Remove the west side AD with the light+earthquake. Then send your dragons and loons from east and rage.
