I like this base, not a whole lot of people use hogs anymore. Too Expensive for anything but war. I would change the top part though, too easy to single out the defenses with little support. I would also switch the air sweeper direction because it won't do anything facing that way.

Nice base, but you should move your AS inside the base and point it outward. Most air attacks won't come from that direction, anyway.
