I'm a TH9 in masters, and have kept my TH out while I've been here. yesterday I took it inside, and instantly regretted it as I was nearly threed by a gowipe attack. as this will be an everyday thing after the update hits, would it be better for me and other TH9's farming in masters to drop down in leagues?
Where ever you th9 go we will follow you. No more hiding behind cheap shields.
The situation now is different than after update,
At that time, most Th9 are looking for snipes, then you will probably be attacked by a th10
Also, we do not know if the master will be a place of Th9 or TH10 now with TH11

I'm a TH9. My plan is to just put out good attacks and try to hold trophies. If nothing else I'll get good enough loot to make a reasonable enough amount of profit to do smaller upgrades until I figure out how the whole update is going to change farming in general.
I'm a TH9 currently in Masters also, and I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet!
I don't see how all this pre-planning really matters at this point. If you are continually getting wrecked, drop trophies and settle into a zone that works better for you. Your base is going to be surveyed by hundreds (maybe thousands) of people, and the ones who hit you are going to think it's worth it.
Once the dust storm clears, everyone will start settling into new trophy ranges and probably new leagues. Because the loot bonuses are not too good, I expect most people to drop trophies fast.
Farm anywhere you like. You get attacked once for every 3 times you attack, so you will always make profit, especially when you have 12-16 hours to take your time (of course, this time is reduced but still)
