I am still getting regular crashes, screens goes black and returns to the start page.

I am still getting regular crashes, screens goes black and returns to the start page.

When I try to contact support via the chat is also crashes.
SC offered an optional update to hopefully fix this issue. I'm not sure if you've tried it yet:

That update is 4 weeks old, and did not solve the high usages of RAM.

Apple support checked my iPad 2 crash reports and found the main reason why the game keeps crashing.

Return the working version of the game before "red updates"
There is a new optional update available, and this one is mainly for iOS5.x and iOS6.x users who have experienced issues getting into the game! Please report back how it works for you!

yes the support link always crash, might get one line in then it crashes.takes 8 nine attempts to send a report in then they do nothing about and ask , we have not heard from you for a while, the reason is, one can not contact them , one needs a day of work to try to get any sending don to the support line , i am ios 9.2 ipad 2, awful since ios 9 happened, facebook takes 5,6,7,8 attempts to connect,game center is hit and miss if it welcomes you, and if it does not, it says you are not signed in ?? but we are. what a bad bad game now.
they need to pull there finger out and do something, thousands of complains and nothing is getting done, try the latest update they say, done that, still awful keeps crashing to play icon.

I got still the same problems and support does not answer my mail.
Still crashing and still no reply from support.
the only reply I get is from Nick, and he can't help me.
