New Spell- Withering

Spell name: Withering

Effects: Slows enemy defenses. Lessens enemy attack damage.

Type: Dark spell

Only thing is that its almost the same as the freeze spell it has to do with time. It would be a cool edition to clash of clans because what if you didn't want something of two housing spaces and only one? Cool idead

Thx. I don't want it to be so op that it stops the defense but i want to make it to where it slows down the defense enough for your troops so they dont take that much damage
