Less players = less potential gemmers = less money. Seems pretty simple.

it seems to me that the end game for COC is near, and they are sensing that too. lets be logical about it, u cannot sustain a game to be number 1 for a decade. eventually people will get bored.
So i guess its just a move to maximize profits now, dont think building player base is even a consideration!

I'm doing 6 lvl10 walls a day keeping a builder free at the moment. That was just a generic example of how difficult it'd be to upgrade from now on with this kind of update.

Dear, SC if you are sincere in wanting people to farm with strong armies, reduce the training time of units like wiz and loons. If not, you're hypocrites.

But this makes ZERO sense in light of the current gameplay. It'll be like destroying the TH somehow magically pulls 20% of the loot from the other storages. Right now the TH is a storage building that holds 1000 each gold and elixir and offers 100% to the attacker. This is just further convolution all in an attempt to stop TH sniping when there were other ways to do it. Simply increasing the storage capacity of the TH and keeping it 100% lootable would've solved the sniping issues. If my TH10 held 100k of each and 1000 DE I would protect it MUCH better.

I disagree I do see the signs of desperation and I think they want to make the game better but money always wins
