Valid point. Since th snipe is no more, active players won't be shielded, and will be much likely to come up in matchmaking. But I think SC regulates the availability of dead bases so that the economy doesn't come down crashing. Will have to wait and see how this is going to play out, SC might decide to move dead bases higher up in the attack queue.:)

You say just play it. It will be better. I see SC trying to make more money in gems more than honestly helping your average player. How hard is it to make hero's u grading available during war?
I see your average player quitting after a few days of being hammered sideways twice a day....all this to compensate for SC imagined problems and un needed "fixes" . A game on your phone can't be this demanding of busy adult time, the ones with money, and expect to survive....
Why break our game? Your drastically changing the format of how to play on an already successful game...
If you want someone to play something that you designed...great make a new one. Don't poison our water for ur imagined needed fixes.
SC dropped the ball at Clash Con letting us think the update would be after....than after the 1st ever world wide celebration about how awesome the game is...yall change it so it's barely even the same game. Sure attacking is the same but the world we live in will become a feeding frenzy where loot is attainable but one isn't able to hold on to it, ever base gets wrecked if the loot gets high enough...
Punchline: this will break the game in a matter of days. And by the time yall realize and return to normal operating...it will be too late. Adversting to get people is based on disrupting humans normal operating patterns and get them settled with your company. SC is disrupting the patterns to make people leave. Not listening to us. 1 in 5 people saying bring it on....4 in 5 saying it's ♥♥♥♥, and that's just the ones that are gonna see it coming. Most clash players will get caught with their pants down since they blindly trust SC to not break their game....
So soon after the Clash Con fiasco... we will just see that SC truly is blind to the average player that has made Supercell what they are today. To be honest though I stopped buying my normal level of gems awhile back. This update wasn't the only thing making me quit. It's the wakeup call / final nail in the coffin. SC has been ignoring it's customers wishes for their pocket books long ago....
