TH snipes are very rare in Masters and Champs, much more rare than finding full storages.

When I was in Masters/Champs, I would find a TH snipe about once every 15 minutes

Fair enough. Removing snipes makes it harder to get DE, and the fact you'll have to use a full army means you can't make as much elixir per hour unless you solely focus on elixir.

However, gold from snipes and gold from storages is pretty close, especially if you factor in the time it takes the snipers troops finish the raid.

Why would you intentionally destroy an archetype that's been popular for years and force people into a play style they clear don't want to be a part of? 80% of raids were TH snipes, hiding billions of loot from farmers.

This update will really increase the amount of loot available and make the game more fun. Yes, we have to play it differently, but I truly believe it will make the game better.

Can you ask your clanmates to please leave their collectors outside?

This is so called loot that has been hiding... If 80% of attacks are th snipes, which if I may say, why would you give someone a free shield....?? For the loot! 80% of league bonus gains are going away, and you think there will be more loot in the system?

Yes, because if you read my original post on page 140, I broke down that if you actually raided someone with full storages, you would make more of a profit on the raid than if you just sniped someone

All players'll be relatively happy :)

Unless you are one of the snipers that conducts 80% of clash attacks you probably won't notice much difference in offence.

Defense in the other hand, it will be a lot tougher on us all.

Yes but over time as much more resources are taken out of the system to train big armies and arm traps, in conjunction with the loss of the revenue stream from the loot bonus...what do you think the situation will become?

I am a 100% fully farmed, maxed th10. I've won 16929 multiplayer battles. Dragon_Drake is my coc account and HappyThxGiving! Is the clan I have made and am in at the moment. I am just taking a break from my main clan and watching these sneak peaks unfold.This last sneak peak was an interview and it was said one of the statistics was that 80% of all attacks were th snips and they just didn't like that. Instead of excepting that's how most people play and enjoy the game they want to "fix" that.

Look I don't have all the answers but you've had the number one game app for a long time and largely due to the players who choose to play the game the way it's set up now. You can't make anyone want to play this game. You can't make anyone want to attack more or defend more.

As a massive farmer and massive war player...that th out helped in so many ways. It's hard to imagine you are going to "fix" that. To me and all I have talked with that part wasn't broken. But it seems like you're going to fix it anyway.
Taking away the ablity to get a shield from the th being out is a mistake. I get the "nobody likes change" line....we're just making this game better. Have you ever thought maybe the success of this game might have been linked to the th out easy shield strategy? Again im a fully farmed th10. I used gems to finish time on stuff here and there....but mostly I used gems to boost and farm, never used gems for gold, elixir or de....I can't imagine doing that without have the ability to put my th out and get a shield....my th is out right now and I'm in Titan 2....

Bottom line, coming from a person who has played way more then most....you're over thinking things and making a mistake with this change.
