How does a 10yo understand why he can't log onto his game?

Actually Supercell is owned by Asian Company and they have tendency to drain wallets from their customers in exchange for the ....let say not so good service. A lot of Asian game companies create games in a way that are "free to play" but actually becomes pay to play games. Supercell is also a good example to that.
They are making this way too complicated. I'm not sure they even understand what will happen when this goes live. Surely, at a minimum, there will be fewer bases to raid. I think that is a bad thing, per se.
Well, from what i see it will be more easiy to understand by seeing it in the game than just reading about it, also, i think it wont be to serious to not undertand how it works for a few days, so a newbie will have plenty of time to understand and adapt. I mean, at th2 , th 3 everything is easy, even still at 4, 5 and 6... So they will have more time than necesary to grasp it.
i think this explanation should have been more a video with charts and graphs, or something more graphical than just text
They have a lot of time on their hands, and there are many of them. First time I saw staff photos, I was shocked on how many are working there. CoC is their game, the money maker, their pride and joy. Their job is to figure out how to keep it going (and their side games going and somehow make more popular). I likely spend way too much time on this, and I'm just one person, and I've been able to figure out some of their neat tricks (after the fact). So if I were to actually drop my boring frick'n job here, and work over there, I could figure out a lot more. Now, times that kind of situation, with people paid to figure out problems for a game they love, by... what.. 20-30(?), and you can likely see why they can likely do the stuff they do on making this work. (Note: good management helps too, otherwise, all that brain power and creatively gets wasted).
Also, they don't think of 'everything'; they think of enough things, with some margin of safety. Some of those people working there had to have been first or second generation gamers, because no way anyone older, or not exposed to a significant amount of gaming and social drama behind it, would have a good clue of what to do or what not to do. Someone or someones in there has a good grasp of human behavior, and I was surprised to see evidence of that when I actually started looking for more signs of it. Some signs are subtle, and some could be seen as flaws, but I'm practically positive some of those 'flaws' are intentional.
Just because I think this is a notable issue,
who thought that all of this VG and PBT complexity was a good idea?
I, as an active th10 with a decent base am going to be constantly harassed by this new VG/PBT Idea?
Why should I be forced to keep loot for others just to be attacked? I want to farm my walls and progress but after 3 hours I will be kicked of for an irritating 48 minutes because with no loot I will never be attacked.
See with no new shield system I could've just put my th out and got a shield to get back online for another 3 hours. Now though with my th in and the high likelihood of no loot I will never be attacked. I would've been fine if the online time was reduced just to 3 hours then you got kicked off and the time was reset.
Now even if I don't plan on farming that day I have to monitor my play time and be sure I don't play more than 3 hours without taking 3 hours off. As many players have highlighted this is a big problem for war. Imagine members attempting to explain to leaders 'oh I couldn't attack because I was being harrassed by PBT for 48 mins.
They would've been fine with 3 hours then 6 mins off but this is ridiculous
