How does it stop people from using external apps? Am I missing something? Isn't it just that now the kick-off time will come after 3 hours, rather than 6?

I play 4 accounts, and routinely play for two or three 6 hour periods in a row. At least with the 6 hour periods, three two-hour boosts fit in okay. The new 3 hour thing is simply nonsensical, if boosts remain at 2 hours duration.

3hour sessions timer only count online-time without shield. Note that VG is count as online time.

So many ways to play using those new systems... Don't worry guys if you don't want to understand how system works because is complicated some youtuber will show you a way you like. Same as today.

Absolutely horrific.

Myself being a player of two years+ owner of a max base working on magma and last heros levels I have seen many many updates and sneak peaks, There is allways the common place for instant moaning but the players(very high level clan leaders ect) I am seeing here with questions gripes and simply not understanding this is bad supercell take note you are confusing a simple game and I fear this could backfire I might stand corrected and I hope the loot info (sneak peak tomorrow ) will resolve where the extra loot to replace the th snipes and the extra that will now be drained from defense rearming can be balanced in the economy.

This is game is not for kids. Ranters probably a kid. That flood the global.

This peek seems to discourage throwing 2 boosts consecutively on your towns, as you'll be kicked off every 15 minutes for 6 minutes until you get hit hard enough to be granted a shield midway through the second boost.
The solution should be to extend it to 4 hours or to drop it to 2, and I would hope it be the former over the latter.

A half-assed solution would be to simply pause boosted items for the duration of the personal break, but for those of us with obsessive compulsive personalities who like our timers to stay synchronized that wouldn't be acceptable unless there was an "unpause all boost" button to activate them all at once.

Supercell, as you can see, your decision of this reduced play time isn't going well. It is alienating the farming community, a lot. You may do this under the guise of " improving loot" , but not really. You might increase the number of max th10s with full loot, but only a small percentage can attack them. Collector raids and TH snipes are a pretty important part of the loot economy, by removing that, and imposing this pay to play feature, you will lose a lot of customers.

It is just idiotic they bring in things we never wanted(shield changes) but never care about what we always wanted(upgrade heroes during war)

They will probably never allow upgrading heroes to war because, just like this update, everything is about making more money. I think we've all known this was not likely to ever happen.

I really do understand wanting to make more cash, but these changes border on too obviously greedy. I have several players in my clan that p2p (I've spent gifted gift cards) and they have all turned up their noses at this update. So for those casual gamers who think they are the only ones upset by these changes know that you definitely are not.
