Setting aside the fact I hate the PBT being shortened to three hours...what does that mean for boosted barracks, spell factories, and heroes?
The boosts are all two hours. If I boost two runs, that means the PBT kicks me out in the middle of my second boost. Does the boost timer stop?
That's where the 10-gem extension comes in. I think it's actually really reasonable, as it is, on average, a day's worth of obstacle gems, and you probably won't be buying it every day unless you're pushing in high Titan.
Imo PBT should be 4 hours
Maybe the PBT should be reduced to 2 hours to make it even.
Once you acquire a 12 hour shield you can do the following.
Have an army build and attack reducing shield by 3 hours (9 hour shield left).
Boost
Build 20 minute army (8 hour and 40 minute shield left, 1 hour 40 minute boost left).
Attack (5 hour 40 minute shield left, 1 hour 40 minute boost left).
Build 20 minute army (5 hour 20 minute shield left, 1 hour 20 minute boost left)
Attack (2 hour 20 minute shield left, 1 hour 20 minute boost left)
Build 20 minute army (2 hour shield left, 1 hour boost left)
Attack (Break shield, 1 hour boost left, 3 hour PBT starts)
Now you have 3 hours of boost and 3 hours until PBT. You even get an extra 2 hours of shield time to do whatever you want. This is assuming searching a base and attacking it takes no time which would give you a larger difference between the end of the boost and the end of PBT.
If you don't get a sheild during first kick then you lose 12 mins of speed up because you will be kicked again in another 30 minsQuote:
