No, the 15 minutes thing you guys talk is the Personal Break Timer that will kick you for 6 minutes after 3 hours of cumulative time.

Now it is getting bored only 3 hrs why is this , this is gonna kill me and my farming
The village guard will kill the game for top tiers, the PBT will kill the game for farmers/war clans, and super queen will destroy the game entirely thanks to the 50% army comp rule. I certainly hope there is more to the update to counteract all this bad news!
Picture this, when a max level base gets hit, 30%-60% destruction will earn a 12-14 hour shield. Add the 3 HOUR VG to that, plus the 2 additional hours these guys are definitely going to buy, and you're looking at a 17-19 hour shield for all top level players every time they get hit. I've never been anywhere near titan league, but seeing as how a village is only available every 17-19 hours, is this really any better than the way it used to be? Oh, and not to mention that if they DEFEND against a weak attack, they'll get 3 hours for that too.
Everyone knows why the PBT is going to hurt us, but now that i cant get a cheap shield, or sit online until i've accumulated enough gold to upgrade my wizard towers, how am i ever going to save up 6.4 million gold? how am i ever to save 7 million elixir to upgrade archers without being protected? I'm going to remain a target until someone hits my base hard enough to give me a shield. How many times will i get attacked before that happens? How much will each person take from me before i get hit hard enough for a shield? (See super queen below to really make this hit home) Now lets kick it up a notch and talk TH11. You know, they're going to have to upgrade storages right? I'm assuming 10 million max storage. 10 million resources will be entirely unachievable without gemming. I'd even argue that under the current system, 8 million resources is unachievable without gemming. But now that i can only play for 3 hours at a time without gemming anything, ill never get anywhere near 8 million again.
Now picture this, you're a lonely farmer, trying to rack up enough DE to upgrade heroes to lvl 10, or golems to lvl 2, and you need somewhere in the neighborhood of 60k dark elixir, which i remind you isn't even a lot. You boost your barracks, ( which will cost you 40-60 gems ) and you manage to get up to 45k. Now, before we could be okay with that, we'll get it tomorrow, or tonight. Or you can spend another 40-60 gems boosting again, but don't forget about the 10 gems you need to spend for the extra VG, to boost again to hit the 60k you were aiming for. 90-130 gems later. Assuming you don't do that, you log off. 45k is pretty successful in two hours IMO, now you get hit by a super queen, over, and over, and over, and over. never using 50% army comp, taking 2000-2500 of your DE each time, until you literally have nothing left. We will never be able to protect our loot with this new system. Does supercell realize that someone could 100% my base and use 49% of their army, and not give me a shield? i know that if that scenario occurred it would be a very under leveled base, but everyone knows they're out there.
I'm very aware supercell is a business, and business' need to make money, but for these reasons, i believe they are making the game worse for every player. High and low. Id love feedback on this, i've read carefully, i understand all the rules, i'm not confused on how anything works, i do get it. And i still don't like it.
Due to this being a zero sum game, meaning the loot youwin is someone else lost, you cannot damge everybody, when someone lose more due to a game change, someone else is winning more. If you play this game smartly you can be part of those benefitting from the new system
I have used super queen, and unless your base is badly designed,mis hard to steal something worthy without reaching a 50% of army,mbecause you need to use some troops for funneling. Also not everybody use the super queen. Just design your base in a way that you force super queen users to funnel, and dont rush your base.
after three hours you will be offline for 18 minutes separated in three periods IF no one does more than a 30% and normaly more than a 30% is required to steal something from you, so they will be able only to steal from you once, because they will likely give you a shield, and maybe they might not steal that much.
also mind that everybody will be in your same situation, meaning when you are searching bases there will be more vulnerable players, so now you can find more easily bases with more resources... Likely that better designed bases will have more resources due to how the new system works, meaning you will be rewarded for being a good attacker.
overall this system rewards you for being a good attacker. And a good defense.

When I was pushing to champs, it took more than 6 minutes every time to get attacked. That was with full storages, luring farmers to attack me, later on I put my DE storage closer to the edge in order to shorten the time between attacks, resulting in high loss of DE.
In the new system, I will make sure to have as little loot as possible (and protecting the hell out of the little loot I have) when I get kicked out of the game, so I will be attacked even less likely? That would mean 3 consecutive 6 minute waiting periods with 15 minutes of village guard in between? Thats (6*3)+(15+3) = 1 hour 3 minutes of not being able to attack just because I don't get raided?
Am I missing something here?
