Allow Potion donations

Here is an idea. And do not tell me it has been ruled out. I did not check and do not care if it has been previously ruled out. Items that have been ruled out previously "not permanently" in super-cell games have been added because of constant hype and demand about the idea. Instead tell what you think of this idea. It would give us a bit of a boost during war. They would just have to switch the programming to request a potion at the spell factory etc.. or it could just be part of the cc request as a separate entity perhaps.
